Philip J. Aulson II

Phil Aulson joined RefleXion in June 2016 as director of new product introduction, bringing over 20 years of experience leading medical device manufacturing operations for both Fortune 500 and startup organizations. He supported the research, development, and testing of RefleXion’s product while implementing the foundation for manufacturing operations and field service. In February 2019, Aulson was promoted to vice president of operations and service. Before joining RefleXion, Aulson was vice president of operations at Oraya Therapeutics, a startup developing a radiation therapy device for ophthalmologic treatments. Before this, he held senior management positions at Insound Medical, Hansen Medical, Boston Scientific, Teleflex Medical, and Depuy/Johnson & Johnson. Aulson received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and his MBA from Babson College.
