Anthony La

Anthony La has held various positions in the medical device industry since 2009. Anthony began their career at Medtronic as a Sr. Process Development Engineer, then moved to R&D Engineer II, Sr. Process Development Technician, Design Quality Technician III, Team Leader I/II/Supervisor, and Assembler I. Anthony was responsible for leading the innovation, development and/or optimization of new manufacturing concepts, processes and procedures for transfer to manufacturing operations, as well as designing, prototyping, and testing in vitro and in vivo devices. Anthony also managed required builds for new product development in a pilot or production setting, conducted Process & Equipment Testing & Qualification, Validation, Documentation, Process Characterization, and developed test methods, quality procedures, and manufacturing procedures. In 2022, they began working as an Operations Manager for Reflow Medical.

Anthony La obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC Irvine, an Associate's degree in Mathematics from Orange Coast College, and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
