Cindy Roll

Cindy Roll has worked in the medical field since 2008. Cindy began their career at Endocare, Inc. as a Physician Education Coordinator, where they coordinated and managed logistics and planning for 400+ proctoring events and facilitated administrative components by organizing and managing physician credentialing files. In 2010, they moved to HealthTronics, Inc. where they developed, executed, and managed the company's Cryosurgery Physician and Patient Education Program. In 2018, they returned to Endocare, Inc. as a Global Physician & Patient Education Manager - Ablation | Global Sales & Marketing Coordinator, where they collaborated with physician proctors, trainers, sales and marketing teams, vendors, clinical educators, field operation managers, and manufacturers across the world to manage collateral, product demos, and training accounts. In 2019, Endocare, Inc. was acquired by Varian Medical Systems, where Cindy transitioned with the company and took on increased responsibility in physician education, patient education, and sales/marketing until 2020. Currently, Cindy is a Marketing Manager at Reflow Medical, where they are building product materials and programs that support product launch and commercialization strategies, creating marketing messages and communications based on specific strategies within various regions, leveraging knowledge of cardiovascular disease, market research, product differentiation and understanding of current competitive environment.

Cindy Roll obtained their Bachelor's of Arts in General Studies with a double minor concentration in Psychology and Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University between 2017 and 2019.
