Alison Melville

Alison Melville is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and innovation within the fashion industry. Currently serving as Chief Innovation Officer at Reformation since May 2020, Alison previously held the position of General Manager for Footwear & Accessories at Everlane from January 2018 to February 2020. Other notable roles include Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations at Loeffler Randall, and Manager of International Business Strategy & Analytics at Coach. Alison began a career in management at American Apparel before pursuing an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business, following a BA in English and Latin American Studies from Wesleyan University.
