Kathleen Talbot

Kathleen Talbot is the Chief Sustainability Officer & VP Operations at Reformation. Kathleen previously served as the Sustainability Officer at Marymount California University from August 2012 to May 2014, where they were tasked with developing a culture of sustainability on campus. In their role, Kathleen coordinated educational and experiential opportunities for employees and students to get involved in sustainability programming, measured and benchmarked campus sustainability efforts, and developed and taught sustainability courses. Kathleen also served as the Chair of the Sustainability Work Group and developed, monitored, and administered the departmental budget.

Kathleen Talbot has a MA in Sustainability from Arizona State University and a BA in Global Development, Latin American Studies from Seattle Pacific University.

Kathleen Talbot reports to Hali Borenstein, CEO. Kathleen Talbot works with Puja Clarke - VP, Design, Buying & E-Commerce, Kellie Swanton - VP, International Expansion, and Liz Cebron - Chief Marketing Officer.
