Lara Jones

Lara Jones is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer experience and healthcare. Currently serving as CX Team Lead at Reformation since June 2023, Lara has a history of progressively responsible roles, including CX Associate focused on customer retention. Prior experience includes positions at Outdoor Voices, where Lara held roles from Store Manager to Assistant Store Manager from October 2021 to May 2023. Earlier positions include Exercise Physiology Intern at CHI St. Luke's Health and Physical Therapy Technician & Patient Care Coordinator at Hope Physical Therapy & Aquatics. Lara's foundational experience began as Event Lead at Kendra Scott. Educationally, Lara earned a Master's degree in Health and Exercise Science - Exercise Physiology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Montevallo.
