Henry Qin

Henry Qin is an accomplished finance and corporate development professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and business strategy. Currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Development at Finastra since September 2025, Henry previously held the position of Director of Corporate Development & Strategy at Blackhawk Network from July 2019 to September 2025, where significant achievements included multiple acquisitions and strategic investments in prepaid technology. Prior to Blackhawk Network, Henry contributed to Redfin as Senior Manager in Corporate Development & Strategy and Finance Manager in Strategic Finance. Early career roles include positions at Doppler Labs, Financial Technology Partners, Pacific Crest Securities, and Microsoft, complemented by a Master of Arts in Finance from Claremont McKenna College and a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from the University of Washington.
