Reformed Pilates
Kristen Seaborg is a Pilates Instructor at Reformed Pilates since February 2023. Before that, Kristen worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at Ally Pediatric Therapy, where Kristen focused on clients aged 2-5 years old. Kristen also has experience in customer relations at American Airlines, styling at AllSaints, sales roles at Nordstrom, Six:02, and Athleta, as well as a role as a lifeguard at Arizona Grand Resort & Spa. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Arizona State University and is currently working towards a Masters of Arts in Counseling at Ottawa University.
