Pratibha Mahindru

Pratibha Mahindru is the Co-Founder and Group CEO at Refract Consulting. Pratibha has over 13 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on market research, company analysis, and competitive assessment. Prior to Refract Consulting, they were the Head of Marketing Intelligence at Fiserv, where they led marketing research operations for business development and strategy formulation. Before that, they were a Senior Research Analyst at Gartner, where they worked on more than 100 individual projects pertaining to areas of IT implementation and strategies. In addition, they were responsible for handling another 200 projects with diverse set of team members and managing work from more than 150 analysts.

Pratibha Mahindru has a background in entrepreneurship and economics. Pratibha holds a BA in economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce and a master's degree in economics from Jamia Millia Islamia. Pratibha also has a certification from Goldman Sachs 10K Women in entrepreneurship.
