Aaron Favara

Aaron Favara is the current COO at Refraction AI. Aaron has also previously worked at Transcom and Sutherland. At Transcom, they were the SVP, Global Accounts & Virtual Work and was responsible for the customer relationships and delivery teams for the largest and most strategic, complex, and competitive global accounts in the organization. Aaron was also responsible for the global T:Anywhere (work-at home) Platform. At Sutherland, they were the VP, Global Head of Remote Engagement Solutions and was responsible for leading the end-to-end transformation of a basic seats business into an industry-leading global platform with differentiated performance and profitability.

Aaron Favara has a MBA in Management with an International Business Emphasis from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a BSBA in Business Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Aaron also went to Omaha Central High School and Omaha Cathedral High School.

A direct report to Aaron Favara is and Rohitash Dubey - Fleet Manager. Aaron Favara works with Ram Vasudevan - Co-Founder, Justin Storms - Director, Software Engineering, and Matthew Johnson-Roberson - Co-Founder. Aaron Favara reports to Luke Schneider, CEO.
