Kelly Farr

Kelly Farr currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at ReFrame Solutions, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Kelly served as the Chief Financial Officer for the State of Georgia from November 2020 to June 2023 and held the role of Director at the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget from January 2019 to June 2023. With a strong background in public sector operations, Kelly also worked as an Account Executive at SAS, focusing on data utilization for government agencies, and as a Senior Business Development Executive at Capgemini Government Solutions. Earlier experiences include positions at PCC Technology Group, the Georgia Secretary of State's office, Bank of America, Guaranty Bank FSB, and Wells Fargo. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Augusta University.
