Charbel Karkour

Charbel Karkour, P. Eng, currently serves as the VP of Engineering and Program Management for North America at Refresco, overseeing capital projects exceeding $200M annually across 31 manufacturing sites, including packaging initiatives and infrastructure improvements. Previously, Charbel held the position of VP of Field Service for North and Central America at Krones AG, managing a diverse team of over 350 personnel. Charbel's career began at SIG Combibloc, where a series of promotions recognized exceptional performance in technical and service management roles. Charbel's educational background includes advanced management and strategy studies at Harvard Business School, along with a master's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Lebanese University, complemented by various certifications in Six Sigma and supervisory management.
