Keith Bardney, MS, CSP, is an experienced EHS leader currently serving as the Senior Director of EHS at Refresco, where they focus on driving EHS excellence and developing risk mitigation strategies. Previously, they held senior management roles in operational risk and safety at notable companies such as The Kraft Heinz Company and Conagra Brands, overseeing thousands of employees across multiple facilities. With a strong background in coaching and embedding best practices, Keith has consistently empowered teams to achieve safety and health goals throughout their career. They earned their degree from Columbia Southern University.
