Mark Dineley

Mark Dineley is an experienced factory and operations manager with a strong background in driving cultural change and leading factory improvement projects. Currently serving as Factory Manager and previously as Operations Manager at Refresco since September 2021, Mark has held various leadership roles, including Interim Operations Zone Manager at BBF Limited and Operations Manager at Greencore. At Nestlé Purina UK & Ireland, Mark progressed from Area Manager to Operations Manager, contributing to pet food factory transformation and operational management. Mark's earlier experience includes being a Production Manager and Manufacturing Leader at Nestlé Purina, as well as Shift Manager at Pilkington. Educated at St Helens Technical College, Mark possesses an HNC in Glass Manufacture and Engineering Studies.
