Monique Villerius

Monique Villerius currently serves as the European Business Process Owner Operations at Refresco, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Forecast-to-Plan, Plan-to-Produce, and Quality Business processes while bridging the gap between Business and IT. Prior to this role, Monique held the position of Senior Manager for SAP Supply Chain Transformation at Deloitte Consulting from April 2022 to November 2023. Monique's extensive experience at Perfetti Van Melle spanned from August 2005 to March 2022, where responsibilities included Business Process Improvement Manager, Head of Enterprise Applications West, Manager of Portfolio Management, SAP Project Manager, and SAP Consultant. Monique began the career as an SAP Consultant at Perfect for People, The Vision Web, and Solvision, and served as an SAP Programmer at Origin. Monique holds a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
