Chris Boryca

Chris Boryca has a strong background in engineering and refrigeration. Chris currently serves as the VP of Engineering at Refrigeration Design Technologies, Inc. since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Engineering Manager at Traulsen from January 2015 to March 2020. Before that, they held positions at Kairak as the Business Development Manager from January 2014 to January 2015 and as a Remote Rack Engineer from April 2012 to January 2014. Chris began their career at Traulsen as a Refrigeration Engineer from September 2006 to April 2012.

Chris Boryca completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Toledo from 2002 to 2006. Following that, from 2010 to 2013, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas.
