Carlos Sánchez Martín has had a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Carlos started their career as an Analyst in Money Laundering Prevention at Banco Santander in 2009, where they analyzed the banking transactions of suspicious clients involved in criminal activities and issued technical reports. Carlos then transitioned to Selectauto Automoción, where they served as a Commercial Team Leader from 2004 to 2008. In this role, they were responsible for sales planning and managed a team of three, achieving a turnover of 30 units.

In 2009, Carlos joined Reparalia as an Account Executive, specializing in managing insurance claims for major corporations such as Santander, BBVA, and SegurCaixa. Carlos identified business opportunities, prepared commercial proposals, and effectively managed assigned accounts, adapting processes and services to each client's needs.

Carlos later joined Refrival in 2017, initially as a Key Account Manager and then as Commercial Manager until 2020. In 2023, Carlos became the Sales & Commercial Director at Refrival. In this position, they took charge of strategic projects aimed at increasing the company's top line and profitability. Carlos formulated a distinct commercial strategy for different channels and effectively managed teams dedicated to business acquisition and account development.
