Fnp Michael Kaplan

Michael Kaplan, FNP, is an accomplished family nurse practitioner with extensive experience in healthcare and business. Currently serving as the owner of Camping Threads since August 2022, Michael specializes in manufacturing and retailing high-end camping and "glamping" products. In addition to entrepreneurial pursuits, Michael has been a family nurse practitioner at Refuah Health Center since May 2010 and previously held the position of Director of Informatics at Refuah Community Health Collaborative from March 2015 to June 2017. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Staff RN in the Adult Emergency Department at New York Presbyterian Hospital and working as a software engineer at the Research Institute of America. Michael holds an M.S. in Nursing from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Purchase College, SUNY.
