Leela R. has extensive experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Starting in 2005, they worked as an Associate at AAA, where they managed consumer relationships and received recognition for driving positive sentiment among clients. In 2007, Leela joined Mindshare and held various roles, including Manager and Media Planner, before being promoted multiple times to the position of Associate Director. During their time at Mindshare, they developed competitive marketing campaigns, implemented innovative tactics across different media platforms, and optimized high-yielding strategies. In 2016, Leela joined Spark Foundry as a Director, where they managed cross-functional teams, developed launch strategies, and created marketing and communications plans for a range of clients. Leela then moved to Mediahub in 2018 as the VP, Global Group Director, where they evaluated and selected partnerships and presented campaign performance metrics to stakeholders. In 2019, Leela became the Head of Marketing at Vasuli, where they directed the company's branding approach, developed target customer profiles, executed launch processes, and managed a comprehensive marketing plan.
