Tim L. has extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2001, Tim worked as an Equities Trader at Broadway Trading, where they managed and traded a significant account. In 2003, they joined the United States Peace Corps as a Peace Corps Volunteer, assisting teachers in implementing curriculum and leading gender education initiatives. Tim then transitioned to Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Summer Associate Global Marketing, where they developed strategic and operational plans for market penetration.

In 2008, Tim joined Kaplan University as the Director of Pricing and Revenue Management, overseeing the evaluation of new product launches. Tim later became the Director of Global New Product Development, providing strategic direction for cross-functional teams. Tim L. completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University from 1994 to 1998. From 1998 to 2001, they attended the University of Florida, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree or field of study during that time. Lastly, they pursued an MBA with a focus on International Management at the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 2006 to 2008.
