Niamh Kilalea

Head Of Fundraising Strategy, Performance And Development at REFUGE

Niamh Kilalea has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Niamh started working at City Gateway in 2011 as a Fundraising Officer and later became the Fundraising Manager - Grants. During their time there, they led a team and achieved a 50% year on year income growth. In 2014, they joined Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust as a Fundraising Manager, where they successfully secured a large grant to launch an eradication campaign. Niamh then worked as a Consultant at Royal Far West in early 2018 before joining MMCL London as a Senior Brand Manager later that year. Niamh is currently working at Refuge as the Head of Fundraising Strategy, Performance, and Development, where they have been responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, budgeting, compliance, board level reporting, and generating new sources of commercial income.

Niamh Kilalea completed their Master of Arts degree in Modern History at UCL from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in History and Politics at the University of Warwick. Further details about their time at the University of Warwick are not provided.
