Ezechias Ngendahayo is a seasoned professional specializing in community engagement and project management within the refugee sector. Since September 2004, Ezechias has been with the Refugee Council, holding roles such as Community Engagement Manager and Projects and Training Coordinator, where responsibilities include managing projects aimed at integrating refugees and asylum seekers into UK society, as well as developing training programs for Refugee Community Organisations. Ezechias also has a background in fundraising, providing specialized support to NGOs in developing effective strategies and securing sustainable funding. Prior experience includes a role as a Project Worker at Praxis Community Projects from January 2003 to August 2004. Ezechias holds a Master of Arts in Refugee Studies from the University of East London, a Master of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from London South Bank University, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the National University of Rwanda.
