Justine Pickering

Justine Pickering is an experienced creative professional with a strong background in drama and education. Currently serving as a Creative Engagement Facilitator at the Refugee Council, Justine develops and facilitates weekly online classes for children in the Children's Resettlement Program, focusing on confidence-building and English language development through drama and storytelling. As a Drama Teacher at Helen O'Grady Drama Academy, Justine enhances linguistic and social skills in children aged 4 to 16. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Manager and Front of House at THE DE BEAUVOIR DELI CO. LIMITED, freelance Theatre Production Designer for Volver Theatre Company, and theatrical design assistance with Jump Spark Theatre. Justine holds a BA (Hons) in Acting from Buckinghamshire New University and a BA in Drama and Journalism from Rhodes University.
