Zoe Illingworth

Zoe Illingworth is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Advocacy and Casework at Play for Progress since November 2024 and as a Resettlement Worker at Refugee Council since July 2022, where roles also included Community Development Worker and Youth Worker, focusing on advocacy, casework, education coordination, and youth activities. Prior experience includes Project Manager at bzine, a not-for-profit initiative dedicated to sexual education and wellbeing, and a Store Team Member at Oliver Bonas. Earlier in her career, Zoe was an ESOL Teaching Assistant for the British Council. Zoe holds an MSc in International Relations of the Americas from UCL and a BA in Hispanic and Latin American Studies from the University of Kent.
