Stephen P.

Stephen P. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Stephen began their career at UPS as a Package Delivery employee from 2004 to 2009. Stephen then transitioned to a managerial role in a non-profit organization, where they successfully led and trained a team of over 30 members from 2009 to 2021. Following this, Stephen worked as a Faculty member at Peoples University of China, teaching Ph.D. students and designing courses to enhance their academic English fluency from 2014 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Raleigh Rescue Mission as the COO, responsible for overseeing operations, staff, facilities, and programming. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Refugee Hope Partners, a position they have held since 2022.

Stephen P. holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology with a minor in Math from Maranatha Baptist University, which they obtained in 1998. Stephen then pursued a Master of Arts in Theology/Theological Studies from the same institution from 1998 to 1999. In 2004, they furthered their education at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, earning a Master of Divinity - MDiv in Divinity in 2007. Stephen P. also received certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in October 2020.
