Denis Barnabas Otim is an experienced professional specializing in peace, leadership, governance, and transitional justice, with a focus on youth and forced migrants in Uganda. Currently serving as a Program Officer for Human Rights at Gulu Women Economic Development and Globalisation, Denis has held various key roles in prominent organizations such as Restless Development and the Refugee Law Project. Responsibilities have included planning and delivering projects in accordance with donor guidelines and conducting contextual analysis on conflict sensitivity. Denis' academic background includes a Master’s degree in Peace and Governance from Africa University and a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Gulu University.
