Shaffic Opiny is currently working as a Video Advocacy Officer at Refugee Law Project, School of Law, Makerere University since May 2011. Previously, Shaffic worked as an Audio Visual Specialist at Kollin & Hemed Media consultants from January 2006 to May 2011. Shaffic completed a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies at Gulu University in 2016 and also obtained a certificate in Using Media for development from Radio Netherlands Training Centre in 2015. Additionally, Shaffic has expertise in desktop publications, production of video documentaries, archiving, social media updates, and audio-visual documentation.
