Steven Rodgers

Steven Rodgers is an experienced professional in human resources and project management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Refugee Women’s Alliance (ReWA) since October 2021. Prior to this role, Steven gained valuable experience as an Account Development Representative at Gravity Payments and held multiple positions at MOD Pizza, including Project Manager in Culinary & Supply Chain and Human Resources Business Partner, Data & Compensation Analyst. Earlier experience also includes a role as Human Resources Manager at Target, a Peer Consultant/Teaching Assistant at Ohio University, and several internships in human resources and sales. Steven holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership and Management and Human Resource Management from Ohio University, as well as a prior degree in Environmental Management from Wright State University.
