Liz Douglass

Liz Douglass, PHR, serves as the Human Resources Manager at RefugePoint since January 2020, having previously held the same title at Swanee Hunt Alternatives from November 2018 to January 2020. With extensive experience in human resources roles, Liz transitioned from being a Human Resources Generalist and Senior Executive Assistant at Swanee Hunt Alternatives, where responsibilities included strategic planning and workforce management, to various administrative positions supporting executives at the same organization. Liz also contributed significantly to Boston University’s Marsh Chapel as the Chapel Associate for LGBTQ Students, fostering outreach and support for LGBTQ individuals. Additionally, Liz has experience in administrative support within the healthcare and asset management sectors, complemented by a Master of Divinity degree from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts from Kent State University.
