Rafael Pinho

Rafael Pinho is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate education and product management. Currently serving as Partner-Director at Refuturiza since February 2018, Rafael previously co-founded TuttoLabs, a corporate education company, and held the position of Managing Partner at Aprende.com.br, a BizSpark Microsoft company focused on online education. Rafael's early career includes significant roles at Itaú Unibanco, where responsibilities involved managing teams and substantial assets across various financial products, along with a foundation in finance at Shell. Rafael holds an International Executive MBA from FIA, a Master's in E-learning from Universidade Aberta, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
