Patrick Turner

Patrick Turner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the beauty and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at REFY since April 2025, Patrick previously held significant positions including Chief Operating Officer and Group Commercial Director at DR. ORGANIC GROUP LTD from February 2022 to April 2025. Prior to that, Patrick was the Commercial Director at Cole Beauty Limited and Sales Director at both Faith in Nature and Mibelle Group. Patrick began the career as a Customer Development Manager at Colgate Palmolive from May 2003 to September 2010. Patrick holds a degree from the University of Sunderland, where studies were completed from 1999 to 2003.
