Sonia Gupta

Sonia Gupta started their work experience in 2006 as a Regional Sales Head at Citi, where they worked until 2016. Sonia then joined Monster India as a Regional Sales Head in 2016 and worked until 2022. Following that, Sonia joined Equifax as the India Lead for The Work Number/Known Fraud Exchange from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are the Director - Enterprise Partnerships at Refyne India, where they help organizations enable their employees to access their real-time earned pay before payday.

Sonia Gupta completed their Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Sonia attended the university from 2001 to 2003.
