Maxim Sukhanov is a professional with extensive experience in service delivery and process improvement. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at REG.RU since May 2021, Maxim previously held the role of Manager of Process Improvement at Darvin Studio from September 2016 to May 2021, where responsibilities included managing process enhancements, identifying growth opportunities, and analyzing key metrics. In addition, Maxim functioned as a Project Manager, focusing on integrating process improvements across various departments.
