Enrico Capitan

Enrico Capitan has held various positions in the technology industry since 2004. Enrico began their career at Saint Joseph's University as Manager of Web & Technology Services for the Kinney Center and Technical Manager of the College of Arts & Sciences. In 2012, they joined Publishing Services, an Agora company, as Vice President of Applications and Product Management Director of Messaging and Middleware. Enrico later became Product Management Director of Messaging and Technical Support Manager of Tier 2 Support. In 2018, they were appointed Director of Technology Operations at Money Map Press, an Agora Company. In 2019, they joined Iterable as Manager of Solutions Architecture, Lead Solutions Architect, and Implementation Architect. Currently, they are Manager of Solutions Architecture at Regal Voice.

Enrico Capitan has a long education history. Enrico obtained their Bachelor's Degree from Saint Joseph's University in 2003, with a double major in Management Information Systems and Finance. Enrico then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Saint Joseph's University in 2005, with a concentration in Marketing. Additionally, they have obtained a number of certifications, including an Automation Pro II Certificate from Workato in March 2022, an Automation Pro I Certificate from Workato in February 2022, a Professional Agile Leadership I from Scrum.org in August 2019, a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in August 2019, a Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org in August 2019, an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2020, an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2022, an Apple Certified System Administrator, Mac OS X 10.4 from Apple in May 2008, a Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco in December 2000, and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Windows NT 4.0 from Microsoft in August 2000.
