Becca Yanniello

Becca Yanniello is an experienced leader in population health, currently serving as Vice President of Population Health at Regal Medical Group since July 2022, where Becca oversees programs aimed at improving health outcomes for members, particularly focusing on dual-eligible, Medi-Cal, and Medicare populations. Yanniello has achieved significant reductions in hospital admissions and readmissions among high-risk members. Additionally, Yanniello contributes as a member of the Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation and Chief organizations. Previously, Yanniello held roles at St. John's Well Child & Family Center, managing diverse health programs and leading grant management efforts to support a substantial operating budget. Early career experiences include positions at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, and as a technical recruiter. Yanniello holds a B.A. in Psychology and Italian from the University of Southern California, an MPH in Community Health Sciences from UCLA, and further studies at Syracuse University.
