Dawn Gilbertson

Dawn Gilbertson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in managing HR functions and strategies. As the Human Resources Manager at Regal Beloit, Dawn has developed expertise in personnel management and organizational development. Previously, from 1985 to 2007, Dawn served as the Director of Human Resources at Fiskars Brands, where contributions significantly impacted HR operations.
