Diane Miller

Diane Miller has over four decades of experience in Human Resources, primarily within Regal Beloit and its predecessor, Regal Power Transmission Solutions. Starting as an Assembler at McGill Manufacturing Co., Inc. in November 1980, Diane transitioned to human resources roles in 1987, advancing from Senior Human Resources Representative to Human Resource Supervisor. Since November 1980, Diane has held the position of HR Manager at Regal Beloit, notably during the acquisition of Emerson Power Transmission Solutions.
