Bita Masjedi

Bita Masjedi has been working in the field of operations and people experience since 2003. Bita began their career as a Recreation Assistant at the City of Los Angeles in 2003, followed by a role as Camp Program Director in the same organization. In 2012, they took on the role of Program Coordinator at RaiseAChild.US, followed by an internship as a Special Events Intern at AIDS Project Los Angeles in 2013. In 2015, they became an Onboarding Specialist at Breeze Labs, Inc. In 2017, they were an Operations Coordinator at Heal, followed by a role as People Operations Manager at Convergence Group in 2020. In 2021, they were Director of Roundtable Discussions at StartupExperts, and is currently a Senior People Experience Manager at Regard.

Bita Masjedi obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from UC Irvine. In August 2022, they obtained a certification in Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: CA Employees V4.01 2022 from Traliant. Additionally, in January 2022, they obtained a certification in Human Resources Foundations from LinkedIn.
