Jessica Ramos

Jessica Ramos has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2003 when they were an Event Producer for Community Arts Resources. Jessica then moved to Winston Promotions in 2004 as a People Operations Coordinator. In 2008, they became a Museum Educator for the J. Paul Getty Museum. In 2011, they became an Associate Director & Head of Student Services for SAE Institute. In 2014, they were Chief Of Staff to President, Motown Records/UMPG for Universal Music Group. In 2015, they became Head of People Operations for ArtistMax. From 2016 to 2022, they were Head of People & Culture and Employee Experience Manager for Philosophie Group Inc. Currently, they are a People Operations Manager for HealthTensor.

Jessica Ramos earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Art History/Marketing from Pierce College in 2004. Jessica also earned their High School Diploma from Cleveland Humanities Magnet High School in 2002.
