Peggy Fox is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at RegEd since 1999, Peggy Fox manages a diverse range of legal issues, including contracts, regulatory affairs, and corporate governance, while advising senior executives on risk management and compliance strategies. Previously, Peggy Fox held the position of First Vice President in the Compliance Department at Salomon Smith Barney, Inc., where responsibilities included advising on securities regulations and developing compliance training programs. Earlier in their career, Peggy Fox was the Enforcement Director at the New York Stock Exchange, focusing on the investigation and prosecution of violations of NYSE rules and federal securities laws. Peggy Fox earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in European History from the University of Florida.
