José Manuel Baena, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in the fields of biomedical engineering and bioprinting, currently serving as the President of the Board of Directors at REGEMAT 3D, where strategic planning for the clinical translation of bioprinting technologies is a primary focus. As the Founder and CEO of both REGEMAT 3D and BRECA Health Care, José has spearheaded initiatives utilizing 3D printing for regenerative therapies and customized healthcare solutions. José also holds advisory roles at various organizations, including DAMATEC LABS and ATG Synbio Spain, promoting technology and entrepreneurship within the biotech sector. With a strong academic foundation, including a PhD in Biomedicine from Universidad de Granada and numerous certifications, José is actively engaged in advancing the applications of regenerative medicine and tissue engineering.
