Renee Balsiger

Renee Balsiger started their work experience as a Senior Client Consultant at Mercer in 2000, where they worked with employers on health and welfare benefit programs. Renee then became the Office Business Leader for Mercer's Portland Oregon office in 2012, responsible for the office's growth and profitability. In 2018, they took on the role of West Market Leader for Mid Market Solutions, developing and monitoring growth solutions for the mid-market sector. In 2019, Renee joined Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon as a Sales Director, overseeing new Employer Group Commercial sales and small group retention. Renee later became the Vice President of Business Development in April 2022.

Renee Balsiger earned a BA degree in Communications and Business from Oregon State University, completing their studies from 1981 to 1985.
