Devery Ernest

Devery Ernest, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Tax at Regency Centers since February 2019, previously holding the positions of Tax Senior Manager and Tax Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Tax Consultant specializing in Real Estate and Private Equity, and Tax Consultant in Real Estate at Deloitte from October 2015 to February 2019. Devery's early career involved an internship as a Tax Preparer at Machen McChesney & Chastain, LLP in early 2014 and an internship at Virginia National Bank Trust in mid-2012. Devery earned a Masters in Accounting from the University of Virginia (2014-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Auburn University (2010-2014).
