Jason Gibson

Jason is currently located in their Boca Raton, FL, office and has been a part of the Regency team since 2017. Previously, he has served as Associate General Counsel for Regency, Associate General Counsel for Equity One, Senior Counsel/Associate at Holland & Knight LLP, and Economic Consultant for KPMG LLP.

Originally from Miami, FL, Jason earned his Bachelor’s in A.B. Economics from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law. He also provides his knowledge and expertise as a returning alumnus as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami’s School of Law. In his spare time, he dedicates himself to the Legal Advisory Council for ICSC, is a Member of the American Bar Association, a Member of the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association, and a Lifetime Member of Leadership Broward.

Outside of his work and volunteer efforts, Jason enjoys attending music concerts and theater performances.
