John Fitzpatrick

John Fitzpatrick is their Vice President of Project Management for the Washington, D.C. office. He has been responsible for many complicated projects that range from new developments to much-needed redevelopments and expansions. His projections and ability to predict investments and outcomes have been a source of high accountability for the Mid-Atlantic region, while also providing leadership in community events and outreach. Able to deftly handle market input into his design, John creates steadfast plans, pro forma, and schedules that are a real benefit to the team.

Outside of work, John immerses himself in his family, faith, and sports. He and his family actively give their time and energy to their parish and take the lead in their church’s sponsorships, like the Back to School Backpack Drive, or the Sunday Pancake Breakfast.
