Jose L. Lopez

Jose L. Lopez, Jr. is a seasoned construction project manager currently serving as the Senior Construction Project Manager at Regency Centers since April 2023. Prior experience includes a similar role at Kite Realty Group from March 2018 to May 2023 and positions at Kimco Realty Corporation, where Jose held both Senior Director of Construction and Director of Construction roles. Notably, at the University of Chicago, from October 2011 to April 2016, Jose managed a significant $100 million renovation and expansion project. Additional roles span various companies, including General Growth Properties and the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority, where Jose contributed to complex construction projects and development management.
