Olivia Dukes is a Capital Markets Analyst at Regency Centers since October 2023, previously serving as a Financial Analyst I at Stellar from December 2021 to October 2023. Prior to that, Olivia held the position of Team Manager at PLANET SMOOTHIE from September 2018 to December 2021. Academically, Olivia is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance at the University of North Florida, expected to graduate in May 2024, and possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from the same institution.
