Erik Thompson

Erik Thompson is a seasoned Project Manager at Regency Construction Services, Inc., with experience leading commercial and institutional projects from pre-construction to closeout, managing client relationships, subcontractor coordination, and project financials. Prior to this role, Erik was the Owner/Founder of Thompson Furniture & Design, a veteran-owned custom millwork and furniture manufacturer specializing in complex hardwood furniture. As a Project Manager/Estimator at Gorman-Lavelle Corporation, responsibilities included estimating project timelines, labor, and materials while communicating with stakeholders. Erik's career began with the United States Department of the Army as an Infantry Team Leader, where responsibilities included reconnaissance and troop mobilization. Earlier experience also includes working as a General Helper at Dondlinger & Sons Construction Co. Erik holds an Associate's degree in Small Business Administration/Management from Cuyahoga Community College.
