John Nunes

John Nunes has a diverse work experience in the disaster response and general contracting field. John most recently served as the Vice President of Operations at Regency Disaster Response Team since November 2022. Prior to this role, they were the National Operations Liaison at the same company from March 2021 to November 2022. Before joining Regency DRT, John worked as the Branch Manager at Regency DRT from February 2020 to November 2022. John also held the position of Branch Manager at Bay Area DKI from March 2019 to January 2020 and was a Senior Project Manager from July 2016 to March 2019. John's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Project Manager / Estimator at WAFERmodern LLC from March 2011 to June 2016 and as a General Manager at JTP General Contracting LLC from February 2003 to January 2011.

John Nunes has a diverse education history. In 1990-1992, they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Borden School of Construction Management. In 1998, they completed a course in Advanced Blueprint Reading at Community College of Rhode Island. Then, in 2001-2002, they obtained Level 2 certification in Estimating from Xactimate. Subsequently, in 2002, they acquired a certification as a Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor from The Asbestos Institute. Additionally, in the same year, they gained an Arizona contractors lic KB-01 from Arizona Contractor License Center. Lastly, in 2014, they attended Contractors Connection for courses in Subrogation II, mitigation, and roofing.
