Faslan Mohamed

Faslan Mohamed is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in housekeeping and facilities management. Currently serving as a Marble/Floor Care Specialist Manager at Regency Group Holding since September 2018, Faslan oversees comprehensive floor solutions using various natural stones. Previously, Faslan held multiple roles at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts from 2007 to 2018, including Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Housekeeping Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing housekeeping and laundry departments, leading staff training, and enhancing guest experience through motivation and cultural integration. Earlier roles included Housekeeping Manager at The French Apartments Residents' Association and Senior Houseman at Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center. Faslan's education includes a Hotel Management degree with a focus on housekeeping management, obtained from the Hotel School Sri Lanka.
